SHIPPING POLICY

At Cheri’s Design Inc, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, which includes reliable and timely shipping. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping methods, and estimated delivery times.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

• Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via Canada Post/UPS and typically take 3-9  business days to arrive.

• International Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped Canada Post/US Post and typically take 5-12  business days to arrive.

Please note that shipping times are ESTIMATES and may vary depending on the shipping carrier's delivery schedule, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We ask if you have not received your order in three weeks of the SHIPPING date that you please contact us via e mail. cherisdesignltd@gmail.com We know that can be a long wait and apologize if this does happen but appreciate your patients.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. 1-3 business days for Decals and 5-7 business days for all other orders after the order is placed. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, order processing time may take longer. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.   

• Orders shipped via Canada Post and UPS has the right to decide final shipping method.

• Unfortunately, we do not have control over the shipping priority or operations once the carrier has picked up your order.
